Tony Hourmouzis and his staff are great! I sent them out to take care of my mother's house heating system and they did not let me down. She had nothing but positive comments about Chris who serviced her heating system and I have nothing but positive comments about A&A as a whole. Very fair and ethical company to deal with. Great experience! We lost our heat pump in the first Nor'Easter back in March. We not only had to fight with the insurance company, but obtain several estimates to replace the lost unit. We were referred to A&A Mechanical and couldn't be more pleased. I contacted them last week. Tony met with me personally the following day. Provided a written estimate within hours of his visit. The estimate was reasonable and covered all aspects of the work to be provided. The actual installation went off without an issue. The unit was replaced and the system up and running in less than 4 hours. The technician was courteous, polite and respectful of our home. Tony stopped by to check to make sure the job was going well. We have moved several times over the years and this is our 3rd HVAC unit we have been forced to replace. Thankfully, this was the easiest and least stressful install we have ever experienced.

Shout out to Chris who recently came out for duct repairs. Had a guest room that has not had working AC for years now.. was struggling to figure out the problem on our own. Chris was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provided a reasonable solution for the repair. I highly recommend this company.
