Tony Hourmouzis and his staff are great! I sent them out to take care of my mother's house heating system and they did not let me down. She had nothing but positive comments about Chris who serviced her heating system and I have nothing but positive comments about A&A as a whole. Very fair and ethical company to deal with. I would give them 10 stars if it were an option. Thank you Tony and Chris!

Great experience! We lost our heat pump in the first Nor'Easter back in March. We not only had to fight with the insurance company, but obtain several estimates to replace the lost unit. We were referred to A&A Mechanical and couldn't be more pleased. I contacted them last week. Tony met with me personally the following day. Provided a written estimate within hours of his visit. The estimate was reasonable and covered all aspects of the work to be provided. The actual installation went off without an issue. The unit was replaced and the system up and running in less than 4 hours. The technician was courteous, polite and respectful of our home. Tony stopped by to check to make sure the job was going well. We have moved several times over the years and this is our 3rd HVAC unit we have been forced to replace. Thankfully, this was the easiest and least stressful install we have ever experienced.

Shout out to Chris who recently came out for duct repairs. Had a guest room that has not had working AC for years now.. was struggling to figure out the problem on our own. Chris was on time and very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and provided a reasonable solution for the repair. I highly recommend this company.

I could have spent less, or I could have paid more - but I would not have received the level of service A&A provided. From the calculations of cooling needs to the design of the system, A&A was professional and courteous, and went beyond expectations to install a system in a house never really designed for it. Others wanted to install a ductless unit in the second floor, but A&A installed a unit that while technically ductless, was installed out of the way, clean and with even cooling and efficiency in mind. There are no warm spots, no ultra-cold zones. Just even, balanced comfort.

We cannot say enough good things about A&A Mechanical. We were in a real bind with not having hot water. Tony was quick to respond and sent out Chris who quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. A&A will now be our new HVAC service since our previous service provider is no longer available. We were blessed to find A&A!

I hired A&A Mechanical for a job to move gas lines and install new duct work and I am more than pleased with the job that was done. It was clean, professional and exactly what I wanted done in a timely matter and at a reasonable price. The serviceman, Chris, was a total pro throughout working to maintain cleanliness and during the job Tony showed up as well to ensure completeness. My husband and I recently moved into a new home without AC and decided we would have it installed. Fast forward 6 months later and realizing the layout of this new house was not an easy one on how to figure out installation! We even had a company leave scratching their heads to be never heard from again. Tony came in with a decisive plan without hesitation, that obviously only comes from true years of knowledge and experience. We are so glad we chose them.
